International Corporate Tax Advisory Senior

About the role

The International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice at EY is a joint venture between Transaction Advisory Services and Tax service lines. It offers a unique opportunity to advise corporate and private equity clients on their capital agenda through three competencies: Transaction Tax Advisory, International Corporate Tax Advisory, and Transfer Pricing.

Responsibilities

• Review staff work and assist with technical planning and global project management.
• Participate in cross-competency trainings to develop your career through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring, and formal learning.
• Work on highly publicized projects and handle activities with a focus on quality and commercial value.
• Maintain a strong reputation as a trusted advisor by managing budgets, projects, and people.
• Manage and develop long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or graduate degree with relevant work experience.
• Experience in tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning.
• Experience in international tax research, planning, and compliance.
• Strong writing, research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel when necessary.

Qualifications

• Valid CPA certification or licensed attorney status.
• Knowledge of both international and domestic tax.
• Excellent business acumen and strategic vision.
