International Corporate Tax Advisory Senior
About the role
The International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice at EY is a joint venture combining expertise from Transaction Advisory Services and Tax service lines. ITTS advises corporate and private equity clients on their capital agenda through three competencies: Transaction Tax Advisory, International Corporate Tax Advisory, and Transfer Pricing.
Responsibilities
- Review staff work and assist with technical planning and global project management.
- Participate in cross-competency trainings to broaden career scope and develop skills.
- Work on various responsibilities including review of staff work, technical planning, and global project management.
- Handle activities with a focus on quality and commercial value in a highly regulated industry.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and around three years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and two years of related work experience.
- Progress toward (or completion of) a valid CPA certification or licensed attorney status.
- Tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning experience.
- International tax research, planning, and compliance experience.
- Experience managing budgets, projects, and people.

- Strong writing, research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent business acumen and strategic vision.
- Willingness and ability to travel when necessary.

Pay
Base salary range for this role in the US is $91,100 to $150,200, with a higher range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento).
Schedule
Most people in external, client-serving roles work together in person 60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year. Employees are granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed.
