About the role

The International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice at EY is a joint venture combining expertise from Transaction Advisory Services and Tax service lines. It focuses on advising corporate and private equity clients on their capital agendas through three competencies: Transaction Tax Advisory, International Corporate Tax Advisory, and Transfer Pricing.

Responsibilities

  • Review staff work and assist with technical planning and global project management.
  • Participate in cross-competency trainings to broaden career scope and develop skills.
  • Work on various responsibilities including reviewing staff work, assisting with technical planning, and global project management.
  • Handle activities with a focus on quality and commercial value in a highly regulated industry.
  • Manage budgets, projects, and people within a dedicated client service team.
  • Provide performance feedback to staff members.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or graduate degree with around three years of related work experience.
  • Progress toward or completion of a valid CPA certification or licensed attorney status.
  • Tax due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition planning experience.
  • International tax research, planning, and compliance experience.
  • Experience managing budgets, projects, and people.
  • Strong writing, research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel when necessary.

  • Knowledgeable technical professionals with an excellent general knowledge of both international and domestic tax.
  • Firm strategic vision and strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment.
