International Contracts Mgr, Amazon Leo

Description

Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. The International Contracts Manager supports the Amazon Leo for Government team focusing on international government and commercial customers.

Key job responsibilities

• Support proposal development and negotiations for both prime contracts and subcontract opportunities.
• Support contract execution through working with team members to release request for proposals/quotes, negotiation positions, documenting trade-off decisions for leadership, tracking contractual deliverables, and process contract close-out procedures.
• Develop international contract management team short term and long-term goals/objectives. Establish and execute a plan to achieve the documented goals/objectives.
• Work with finance partners to track metrics in regards to actual contractual spend and revenue; as well as forecasted financials; milestone completion; etc.
• Establish, maintain, and execute SOP and templates related to international contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience
• 6+ years of professional or military experience
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
