Alexa Leo is Amazon's low earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to provide fast and reliable broadband connectivity to customers who are currently underserved by existing networks. We aim to serve households, small businesses, schools, hospitals, and government agencies in areas where internet access is limited.
About the role
The Senior Product Manager - Tech (PM-T) will oversee the design and implementation of systems related to customer onboarding, order management, broadband service provisioning, and satellite terminal device and network management for enterprise, small business, and residential customers.
Responsibilities
- Define integration paradigms and interactions across multiple systems
- Develop a common vision and scope for the E2E customer experience lifecycle
- Establish timelines and drive system readiness and solution readiness for launching LEO services
- Engage with customers in partnership with business and GTM teams
- Execute in partnership with LEO Engineering, AWS, and Amazon teams
- Work directly with customers, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders to define LEO service offerings
- Contribute to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Manage technical products or online services
- Represent and advocate for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Master's degree

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
