About the role

The International Content Specialist supports the International Content Manager with the integration of key business objectives into the New England Patriots' global content strategy. This role is responsible for growth initiatives, partnership campaigns, community engagement, and special project management. The specialist serves as a day-to-day operational resource, ensuring content supports international business objectives, in a timely and impactful manner.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a central point of coordination between internal departments, international agencies, translators, and external partners to support the execution of the Patriots' international content strategy.
  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders to ensure content initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with business objectives.
  • Support cross-functional planning and execution of international campaigns, tentpole events, gameday initiatives, and market-specific activations.
  • Maintain project milestones, dependencies, and approvals across departments and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Update content calendars and project trackers while ensuring alignment between business priorities, campaign objectives, and market needs.
  • Monitor audience sentiment, market trends, and fan engagement opportunities across international markets and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the development of reporting materials, campaign recaps, and stakeholder updates by gathering performance metrics and market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with international agencies, league contacts, strategic partners, and internal business units.
  • Assist with the planning and operational execution of international events, fan engagement programs, and market development initiatives.
  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, project management, digital marketing, communications, international business, partnership management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with one or more foreign languages is required, with preference for German, Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin, and/or Arabic.
  • Must have experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders, departments, agencies, and external partners.
  • Working knowledge of digital video editing techniques and systems, including the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge of video, editing, sound and lighting equipment.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and social media.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are required.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Detail and results oriented.
