Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the VP of International Markets to execute global expansion strategies and bring international plans to life.
- Support the development and rollout of all new markets, including Canada and Caribbean regions, ensuring alignment across all functions.
- Act as a central point of coordination for international affairs across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and external partners.
- Manage communication and follow-ups across internal and external stakeholders to ensure initiatives stay on track.
- Aid in building and refining international go-to-market strategies, adding detail and executional support to high-level plans.
- Work with international brokers, distributors, importers and other partners to support market execution and performance.
- Oversee reporting and track key performance metrics across international markets.
- Support trade marketing and brand initiatives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across regions.
- Identify gaps, solve problems proactively, and drive progress across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of commercial, sales, or marketing experience in beverage alcohol, RTD, or broader CPG, preferably with international exposure.
- Experience working across multiple functions and understanding how sales, marketing, and finance connect.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, follow through, and drive execution independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of ownership.
- Proven commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Strong skills in MS Office.
- International experience strongly preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
Pay
Estimated Base Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000 USD. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skillset, experience, and qualifications.
