Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Internal Wholesalers through effective performance management and ongoing professional development.
- Serve as a Financial Services subject matter expert on State Farm and alliance partner products, sales practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive sales execution and operational excellence by prioritizing work, managing resources, and monitoring key performance metrics.
- Build strong partnerships across Agency, Financial Services, Operations, Compliance, and leadership to support alignment and business results.
- Analyze business trends and field feedback to identify opportunities, resolve complex issues, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, licensing requirements, regulatory expectations, and quality standards while fostering a culture of accountability.
- Lead strategic initiatives and change efforts through effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence.
Qualifications

- Licensing Requirements: Selected candidates are required to possess a Series 6, Series 63 and Series 65 or equivalent license at the start of their employment. Selected candidates will be required to obtain and/or possess a Series 26 license within 100 days of their start date.
Additional Details
- Hybrid: Qualified candidates (in or near hub locations listed below) should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment. Current in-office expectations: 8-10 days a month.
- HUB LOCATIONS: Dunwoody, GA; Richardson, TX; Tempe, AZ; or Bloomington, IL.
