About the role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Internal Wealth Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a sales-focused mentality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping financial professionals achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial professionals in your assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to implement Capital Group solutions.
- Conduct complex sales calls with advisors and collaborate with the Wealth Management Consultant to drive sales in the territory.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with financial advisors.
- Provide insights on products, capital markets, portfolio construction, practice management, retirement landscape, and follow-up to advisors.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline management, and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Analyze territory business intelligence, including advisor engagement, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver targeted campaigns and messaging.
- Stay current on industry trends, messaging, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- At least one year of sales experience in the financial services industry.
- A sales-focused mentality, goal-oriented, and expert communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively in team settings, partnering actively with Capital Group sales teams and financial advisors.
- A continuous learner with an understanding of investment concepts and products, and keen interest in staying abreast of market trends and insights.
- A self-starter who can work with autonomy.
Qualifications
- Hold the Series 7 license and 66 licenses after being hired.
- Obtain the Series 6 license if not already held at the time of application.
- Must hold the SIE to apply.

Pay
$99,484 - $159,174 per year.
