General Summary And Purpose

As a Wealth Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both current and prospective clients, helping them navigate investment options that align with their unique financial goals and risk profiles. You will build and deepen client relationships through a personalized approach to their financial journey. By understanding each client's unique goals and objectives, you will identify strategic opportunities within their current portfolio and position investment solutions to help clients achieve long-term financial success.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build meaningful client partnerships by deeply understanding their investment goals and financial aspirations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the client's financial journey, taking personal interest in their success.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify gaps in existing strategies and develop tailored investment solutions that align with client needs.
  • Maintain proactive communication through regular outreach, calls, and meetings to discuss strategies, performance, and new opportunities.

Investment Expertise & Account Management

  • Open, transfer, and maintain investment accounts with meticulous record-keeping.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and adapt strategies as client needs and market conditions evolve.
  • Function as a subject-matter expert on Victory Capital's product solutions, performance metrics, and competitive positioning.

Strategic Business Development

  • Deliver timely investment recommendations, sales strategies, and financial guidance.
  • Track market trends and economic developments to enhance client strategies and discussions.
  • Represent Victory Capital at industry events and educational forums to strengthen brand presence.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners on marketing strategies and product rollouts.

Qualifications

  • Active Series 7, and 63/65 or 66 licenses
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, investment sales, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and meeting sales goals
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain investment concepts clearly and confidently
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial markets and a passion for helping clients achieve long-term success

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFP or bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients and familiarity with comprehensive financial planning
  • Superior relationship management and a proven ability to deliver exceptional client retention experiences
  • Highly polished interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail

Pay

The target base salary range for this position is $60,000 + Commission. Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications. Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance. Victory Capital Management’s total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.
