Wealth Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on operational activities on a daily basis and managing day to day processing of securities, annuities, and insurance trades.
• Work closely with Wealth Advisors, Wealth Assistants, WAD-Call Center, and Compliance.
• Work under the close direction of Senior personnel in the functional area.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent required.
• An Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in office administration required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field will be considered in lieu of work experience).
• Experience in investments and/or insurance industry preferred.
• Able to work independently and manage routine projects.
• Able to be a team player in order to establish strong branch and program relationships.
• Able to learn new computer databases, programs and processes.
• Analytical and research skills.

Pay

The hourly salary range for this role is $16.33 - $23.42/hour; commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hours may vary).
