Internal Operations Associate
We’re seeking a motivated Internal Operations Associate to join our Bellmawr team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a stable, fast-paced wholesale flooring distribution company where your contributions truly make an impact.
About the role
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — helping keep everything running smoothly across multiple departments including order entry, special orders, quotes, purchasing, inventory replenishment and returns.
Responsibilities
- Provide internal support to our sales, warehouse, and management teams
- Process returns and resolve related documentation accurately
- Support purchasing activities, including order entry and vendor communication
- Help manage and reconcile inventory transactions
- Coordinate and track special orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and assist with customer quotes and pricing documentation
- Maintain accurate records in company systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency
- Step in where needed — this role is built for cross-training and flexibility

Pay
Salary range: $18–$22/hour. The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market factors.
