Responsibilities
- Assess current-state mobility processes, systems, and data; help co-design future-state internal talent ecosystem capabilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on skills-based talent, opportunity marketplaces, and AI-enabled matching
- Help design and implement higher adoption strategies
- Advise on and help project manage integration and configuration decision implications, testing strategy, data mapping, cutover planning, and deployment
- Ensure platform stability, scalability, and readiness for global use
- Help review and establish a process to manage quality of internal work posted within the marketplace
- Partner with People Tech, HRIS, and enterprise teams for integrations, APIs, middleware, and data pipelines
- Communicate clearly with senior Talent and HR leaders on progress, risks, and outcomes
- Help drive alignment across complex, global stakeholder groups
Requirements
- 5-8 years of hands-on implementation experience with enterprise Talent technologies
- Deep hands-on implementation experience with internal talent marketplaces
- Experience working directly in the core platform, not just advisory or strategy roles
- Proven delivery ownership from design through deployment
- Proven experience delivering internal mobility, talent marketplace, or skills-based platforms
- Strong delivery leadership with direct involvement in configuration, testing, integrations, and rollout
- Strong product thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- A college degree is great but not required.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, Learning platforms, and People Analytics integrations
- Background working on or embedded within delivery or product teams
