About the role

We seek a highly dynamic Talent Development Consultant to join our Employee Experience team. This role is leading the shift from providing programs to addressing real business challenges through coordinated, data-driven, and scalable development experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assume complete ownership of leadership development end to end, from experience design through to measurable, lasting behavior change
  • Lead complex, global development initiatives through all phases — diagnosis, design, delivery, and impact measurement
  • Manage multiple workstreams, internal partners, and dependencies to deliver high-quality outcomes at scale
  • Ensure all development experiences are aligned to business priorities and translate into sustained leadership capability and behavior change
  • Partner with business collaborators to diagnose challenges, identify root causes, and define meaningful interventions
  • Apply systems thinking to connect initiatives across Talent Development, Talent Management, and broader people strategies
  • Translate business needs into clear development strategies that drive performance and impact
  • Influence and align stakeholders by building impactful relationships with people leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Navigate complexity and ambiguity to drive alignment and momentum across diverse collaborator groups
  • Leverage data, insights, and storytelling to influence decisions and gain agreement
  • Develop with an emphasis on behavior change and growth
  • Facilitate high-impact experiences
  • Embed measurement and insight

Requirements

  • Experience managing intricate, worldwide programs from strategy through implementation
  • Proven program management abilities, having directed complex, global initiatives from inception to completion, managing multiple contributors, interdependencies, and priorities
  • Strong consulting approach, with the ability to diagnose problems and build practical, scalable solutions
  • Demonstrated skill in influencing and establishing trust with teams from various departments
  • Strong facilitation skills, experienced in guiding meaningful, engaging experiences
  • Data-driven approach, with experience measuring outcomes and using insights to improve efficiency
  • Solid foundation in leadership development, behavioral change, and adult learning

Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 plus years of background in Consulting, HR, or Change Leadership
  • Experience managing complex, global initiatives throughout the entire change process, from assessment through implementation and outcome evaluation
  • Experience in consulting, transformation, or client-focused roles is strongly preferred
  • Proven capability to persuade senior partners and manage complexity in a global, matrixed setting
  • Experience using data and insights to inform strategy and evaluate impact
  • Travel may be required up to 10 percent
