Job Description
Colorado Physician Partners, PLLC is seeking an outpatient Internal Medicine physician to join their clinic in Thornton, CO. This position is part of an independent private practice within the Denver area that is a member of the independent practice association (IPA), PHPprime. PHPprime offers various services to support the practice, including care coordination, practice transformation coaching, risk adjustment coding education, population health management, data and analytics, specialist network management, and large group contracting.
About our clinics
The team at these clinics consists of Providers and support staff, along with a social worker and an RN/patient educator who serve as care coordinators. Many practices also offer mental health support. This practice is an active participant in the largest IPA in Colorado, and physicians have clinical faculty appointments with the University of Colorado. The group includes CU Medical students and Regis APP students to maintain teaching skills.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $230,000 - $250,000, with a base salary plus a lucrative incentive bonus and a structured bonus system. For more details, please reach out.
