About the role

We are seeking a healthcare professional for a primary care role in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. The position involves seeing 15-22 adult patients per day, primarily through standard primary care visits and conducting regulatory visits. The supervising MD is responsible for every other 60-day check.

The role offers a flexible schedule, working two days per week with potential to increase hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Manage patient care, including standard primary care and regulatory visits.
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum one-year commitment.
• Hospital privileges required.
• Experience in internal medicine or family medicine.
• Relevant licensing and background in adult primary care.
