About the Role
An outpatient primary care physician is sought to provide comprehensive care to adult patients in an underserved community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver primary care services
- Manage a caseload of 20-30 patients daily
- Handle scheduled and walk-in visits
- Participate in call coverage including evenings and weekends
- Maintain board certification and Medicare enrollment
- Utilize prescriptive authority in ambulatory care
Requirements
- Board-certified internal medicine physician
- Ambulatory care experience
- Prescriptive authority
- Active Medicare enrollment
Key Duties
- Provide patient assessments
- Develop and implement treatment planning
- Ongoing management within an ambulatory setting
- Ensure quality care for adult patients
Schedule
Work on-site with a typical schedule, including one late evening and one Saturday per month.
Credentialing requires at least 60 days.
