As a regional leader expanding nationwide, Medrina is seeking to add Internal Medicine Physicians to its team in the Melbourne, FL market. The position offers a part-time schedule with weekends off and moonlighting opportunities, a private practice model with flexible scheduling, and a setting at an acute rehab facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients.
- Work in an acute rehab facility setting.
- Cover the tail end of malpractice.
- Receive app supervision (additional stipend).
- Maintain compliance with facility vaccination requirements.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Current US work visa holder.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients.
- Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards, and chemical hazards.
- Must comply with facility safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
