Internal Medicine Physician
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage new and follow-up patients
- Treat chronic conditions and some urgent care needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (5-7 providers daily)
- Perform basic ambulatory procedures (preferred, not required)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Any active, unrestricted U.S. medical license and DEA
- Minimum 36 months of physician experience (including at least 12 months in Internal Medicine)
- Current BLS certification
Compensation & Benefits
- $155/hour (based on experience)
- Travel and housing provided

Practice Setting
Outpatient Internal Medicine Clinic
Adult patient population (18+)
Visit structure: New patients - minutes, Follow-ups - 20 minutes
Average patients per day supported by RNs, MAs, case managers, and admin staff
No walk-in or urgent care clinic attached
Patient Population
Medically complex cases, including high rates of:
Diabetes
Cardiac conditions
Substance use disorders
Rheumatologic conditions
Requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain IHS credentialing and privileging
Clean NPDB report
Successful completion of federal background checks (Level I & II)
Required immunizations: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap (within 5 years), TB test within 12 months

Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
