About the Role

Primary care provider needed for a permanent, full-time position in a multi-specialty group setting. Candidates can be trained in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds. The group is considering 2026 residency graduates and serves a population of over 45,000. The team includes 8 physicians, 2 podiatrists, and 7 advanced practice providers (APPs) in a rural health clinic setting.

Schedule

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. This is a 100% outpatient position with no inpatient work required.

Pay

Guaranteed salary of $300,000. Incentive pay is based on daily patient volumes. Signing bonus of $25,000 and relocation assistance of $10,000.

Requirements

• Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds
• J-1 visa waiver sponsorship available through the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) with no state limits or caps
• Clinic covers the first $10,000 of legal expenses for visa processing
