About the role

Community Health Center setting with 2 openings for Primary Care physicians. 100% outpatient openings for Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (must be BE/BC). Group has 7 MDs and 17 Mid-levels. Desire to eventually supervise mid-levels is a huge plus but not required. No teaching or academic connections with this practice.

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient primary care
• Option to do some hospital rounding at a local facility if desired to keep inpatient skills (physician keeps a percentage of the collections)
• See 20-25 patients per day
• Production bonus for any patients seen over 20 in a day

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
• 1 weekend day shift (Saturday or Sunday) per month
• No call

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $286,000 – $426,000
• Full benefits including 401K with 4% match, medical, dental, LTD, vision, malpractice
• Production bonus for patients over 20 per day
• Loan repayment through NHSC available (HPSA score of 19)

• 1 hour to Bakersfield and Fresno
• 2.5 hours to LA
• 4.5 hours to San Francisco
