Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide longitudinal, relationship-based care for adults aged 65+ in Northern California. Responsibilities include: managing your own patient panel with a target of 1500 patients, conducting unhurried visits with 2-2.5 patients per hour, and utilizing AI-assisted charting alongside built-in care coordination infrastructure such as CCM, APCM, and RPM. You will have paid administrative time and be compensated for charting activities. Qualifications: MD or DO with active CA license (or eligibility), board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics, and an active DEA. Key duties: providing personalized primary care, maintaining your own schedule, and delivering quality, accessible services. Compensation and benefits: $300,000-$500,000+ with a guaranteed hourly base, administrative bonus, production upside, and performance bonus.
