About the role
Primary Care Physician focusing on geriatrics, providing longitudinal, relationship-based care for adults 65+ in Northern California.
Responsibilities
- Manage a personalized patient panel with unhurried visits and AI-assisted charting
- Coordinate care through built-in Chronic Care Management (CCM), Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM), and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) infrastructure
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on long-term relationships
- Offer same-day appointments, telehealth, and in-facility visits
- Work a schedule of 3-5 clinical days per week, protected by written agreement, with paid administrative time included
Requirements
- MD or DO with active California medical license or eligibility
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active DEA registration
- Genuine dedication to patient-centered care

Pay
$300,000 - $500,000+ total compensation, including:
- Guaranteed hourly base
- Paid administrative time
- wRVU production upside
- Performance bonuses
