Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive geriatric care across various settings including office visits, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.
• Manage a patient mix primarily consisting of Medicare and Managed Care populations.
• Deliver quality care tailored to elderly patients, ensuring their medical and functional needs are met.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training or experience in Geriatrics required.
• Residency training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Spanish speaking ability is a plus but not mandatory.

Skills & Key Duties

• Assess and coordinate care for elderly patients in multiple environments.
• Manage variable patient loads with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to best practices.
