Internal Medicine Faculty Position

About the role

Join as an Internal Medicine Faculty member in a university-affiliated residency program with 25 residents, based at a Level 1 Trauma Center situated between Pittsburgh and Harrisburg.

Responsibilities

• Providing clinical care with a focus on outpatient internal medicine, while participating in inpatient rounds and call duties.
• Engaging in medical education through resident mentorship, hands-on training, and potential teaching appointments.
• Contributing to academic activities such as research and scholarly efforts.
• Collaborating within a team of attending physicians and trainees in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
• Current medical licensure and ability to practice independently.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in Internal Medicine.
