About the role

The Wright Center for Community Health and its affiliated entity, The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education, located in Northeastern Pennsylvania, has full-time Internal Medicine Physician Faculty positions available in its regional community-based Internal Medicine residency program.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in an innovative and patient-centered environment.
• Contribute to academic excellence through teaching and mentoring residents.
• Participate in research and scholarly activities.

Requirements

• MD/DO Degree
• Graduate Medical Education in an ACGME Accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program
• Current certification by the Board of Internal Medicine or possess qualifications acceptable to the Review Committee
• DEA Certification
• Valid physician license for State of Pennsylvania
• Valid BLS, ACLS, PALs and NRP
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic health records

• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
