Internal Medicine - Critical Care Physician

Role: Intensivist Physician Responsibilities: Provide ICU coverage with 10 or more shifts per month, primarily 24-hour shifts comprising 12 hours on-site and 12 hours on-call. Minimal patient calls due to experienced NP support. Ensure high-quality critical care services in a large hospital setting. Qualifications & Skills: Physician with critical care expertise, able to work independently during shifts, and proficient in managing complex ICU cases. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team are essential. Key Duties: Deliver comprehensive ICU care, coordinate with hospital staff, and support patient recovery efforts.
