Internal Medicine - Critical Care Physician

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care coverage in a large hospital setting along Florida's Gulf Coast.
• Cover a minimum of 10 shifts per month, consisting of 24-hour shifts with 12 hours on-site and 12 hours on-call.
• Collaborate with an experienced nurse practitioner, receiving minimal patient call responsibilities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Medical degree with appropriate board certification in critical care or related specialty.
• Ability to work independently during shifts and coordinate with hospital staff.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Duties

• Deliver comprehensive ICU care across diverse patient populations.
• Ensure smooth operational workflows in a large hospital offering advanced healthcare services including cardiac, emergency, surgical, orthopedic, radiology, respiratory, oncology, and women’s and children’s health services.
