New Clinician Position

Vancouver Clinic is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to support their Internal Medicine Department. This role alternates between clinic time and managing In Basket work for colleagues, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

About the Role

The Internal Medicine Department is growing, currently comprising 31 physicians and 23 Advanced Practice Clinicians (including 9 APC Hybrids), with 8 clinics throughout Vancouver, WA.

Responsibilities

• Manage your primary care panel
• Provide In Basket coverage
• Work from home
• Participate in shared call among Washington clinicians (phone only)

Requirements

• 50/50 split - managing your primary care panel & providing In Basket coverage
• Minimum of 2 years of primary care clinical experience required
• Candidate must reside in either Oregon or Washington

Qualifications

• Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Flexible schedule (4 days/week)
• 100% outpatient; shared call among Washington clinicians (phone only)

Benefits

• Salary model based on years of experience: $131,319 - $159,432
• Compensation information is provided based on available data at the time of posting and is subject to change.
