Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician - Hybrid

New Clinician Position

Vancouver Clinic is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join their team in Portland, OR. Positions are available at clinics in NW Portland, Gresham Square, Lloyd Center, and Happy Valley.

About the Role

This role alternates between clinic time and managing In Basket work for colleagues. It offers flexibility and work-life balance with the option to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Internal Medicine Department by alternating clinic time with managing In Basket work
• Manages primary care panel and provides In Basket coverage
• Works 4 days per week on a flexible schedule
• Provides 100% outpatient care
• Participates in shared call among Oregon clinicians (phone only)

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of primary care clinical experience required
• Candidate must reside in either Oregon or Washington

Qualifications

• Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Compensation is salary model based on years of experience $131,319 - $159,432
• Compensation information is provided based on available data at the time of posting and is subject to change
