Position Details

• Full-time or Part-time (0.6 – 1.0 FTE)

• 100% outpatient; shared call among Washington clinicians (phone only)
• Minimum of 2 years of primary care clinical experience required - new graduates are not eligible

About the Role

Vancouver Clinic is a multispecialty clinic with a physician-owned model that prioritizes high-quality patient care and a strong work-life balance. The clinic is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join their team at various clinics in Vancouver, WA, and Portland, OR.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing evidence-based care to patients 18 years and older. This role will manage their own primary care panel.

Requirements

Full-time or part-time (0.6 – 1.0 FTE), flexible schedule (4 days/week), 100% outpatient, shared call among Washington clinicians (phone only), minimum of 2 years of primary care clinical experience required - new graduates are not eligible.

Qualifications

Compensation is a Production model. New clinicians have a 1-year guarantee of $145,000 with upside earning potential. Compensation information is provided based on available data at the time of posting and is subject to change.

The Internal Medicine Department is growing with 31 physicians and 23 Advanced Practice Clinicians across both OR and WA.
