About the role
The Fixed-Term Internal Communications Content Partner, Americas supports the delivery of high-quality internal communications across the Americas by providing hands-on content development, coordination, and execution support. This role strengthens day-to-day communications capacity across Americas business priorities, transformation activity, leadership communications, employee channels, and internal storytelling. Reporting to the Americas Internal Communications Lead, this position helps draft, edit, coordinate, and execute communications that are clear, timely, audience-focused, and aligned to business priorities. The Americas Internal Communications Lead retains ownership of communications strategy, stakeholder alignment, channel governance, leadership messaging, and final messaging decisions.
Responsibilities
- Content Development - Draft and edit communications content for employees and leaders. Develop materials including:
- Employee announcements
- Newsletter copy
- Viva Engage posts
- Intranet content
- Talking points and FAQs
- Leadership messages
- Presentation content
- Channel Coordination & Execution - Support planning, sequencing, and execution across communications channels. Coordinate content for:
- Weekly newsletter
- Intranet/SharePoint pages
- Viva Engage
- Digital screens
- Leader cascade materials
- Other employee communication channels as needed
- Transformation & Change Communications Support - Support communications activity related to transformation priorities. Help adapt global or project-level materials for internal audiences. Support development of:
- Leader-facing materials
- FAQs
- Cascade content
- Employee updates
- Post-announcement engagement materials
- Business & Functional Storytelling - Support internal storytelling that connects employees to business priorities. Draft and coordinate content across areas such as:
- Commercial activity
- Field sales
- Brand initiatives
- Manufacturing
- Consumer-focused work
- Leadership priorities
- Stakeholder Coordination - Work with P&C Business Partners, functional leads, project teams, Global Communications, Transformation Communications, and agency partners to gather inputs and coordinate content. Help prepare materials for review and approval. Keep stakeholders aligned on timelines, deliverables, and required inputs. Escalate risks, gaps, or competing priorities. Support a coordinated, consistent employee communications experience across the Americas.
- Agency & Resource Coordination - Support more deliberate use of agency partnership by helping keep day-to-day communications execution in-house where appropriate. Coordinate with agency partners when creative, design, video, or production support is required. Help ensure agency work is focused on areas where external support adds the most value. Support tracking of communications outputs and agency-related activity where needed.
Requirements

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace.
- Experience supporting transformation, change, or business-sensitive communications.
- Understanding of internal communications channels and content planning.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Practical, organized, and able to operate with limited supervision.
- Comfortable working across functions, levels, and geographies.
Fixed-term contractor role for up to one year. Partners with P&C, functional stakeholders, Global Communications, Transformation Communications, and agency partners as needed. Supports content development, coordination, and execution.

Pay
Annual Base Salary Range: $59,847.00 - $79,795.00. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or incentive compensation.
