About the role

UCHealth Medical Group is seeking a physician or APP to join the leadership team as the Medical Practice Leader (MPL) for Vascular Surgery - Parkview. The MPL has primary responsibility to:

• Promote a culture where the patient comes first.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality and patient safety.
• Develop and maintain relationships with their operations dyad partner.
• Lead regular practice meetings with their operations dyad partner.
• Provide regional and system-level communications to practice partners regarding activities of the JOCs and other leadership groups.
• Provide leadership that is positive and encouraging through times of change and new/evolving initiatives.
• Actively support medical group decisions within the practice.
• Support a proactive culture by aligning issues and bringing forward solutions.
• Recognize the team and address issues in a timely manner in collaboration with operational partner.

UCHealth Medical Group is physician-led and employs more than 2,000 physicians and advanced practice providers who aim to anticipate and address patients' every health need.

Pay

• APP: $85 per hour
• Physician: $150 per hour

The number of hours per month is dependent on practice size.
