About the role

Twin Farms offers internships for Summer 2027, Fall 2027, Winter 2027 in a close‑knit, team‑driven environment where attention to detail and genuine care for guests are central. Interns gain hands‑on experience in one or more of the following areas: Food & Beverage or Guest Experience.

Responsibilities

• Food & Beverage: Support dining room service (AM & PM) and in‑room dining; assist with setup, breakdown, and service flow; learn high‑level service standards and guest interaction; work closely with front‑ and back‑of‑house teams.
• Guest Experience: Assist with planning and leading guest activities; support daily programming and special events; help create thoughtful, personalized guest experiences; work across departments and spend time outdoors.

Qualifications

• Positive, team‑oriented attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and jump in where needed
• Interest in hospitality or guest services
• No prior professional experience required (previous internship, hospitality, customer service, or related experience is a plus)
• Housing may be available depending on role and timing

Schedule

Schedules may include weekends and holidays.
