Intern, TV Physical Production - Fall 2026

About the role

The Physical Production Intern will support the studio’s television production team during an active production cycle. The intern will assist in tracking production documents, coordinate tracking grids, research potential crew candidates, and assist in managing calendars and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking production documents for shows currently in production (ex: production reports, wrap reports, crew lists, etc.)
• Coordinate tracking grids for department organization (ex: union tracking for DGA, SAG, WGA)
• Research potential crew candidates (ex: costume designers, production designers, directors of photography, etc.)
• Research potential international soundstages
• Research international tax incentives
• Aid in breaking down scripts by production elements (ex: cast, locations, props/vehicles, VFX, music, etc.)
• Collaborate with all Legendary Television departments and production crew members on various needs of the production

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (Spring/Summer) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past six (6) months
• Must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Strong interest in physical production and/or producing
• Knowledge of Legendary Television content
