Intern - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities

• Aid in achieving the business goals of the insurance agency.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including handling inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Communicate effectively to meet customer needs while promoting the agency's business.
• Collaborate as part of a team and work independently.
• Show effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain attention to detail to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
