Summer Internship Overview
The Hanover’s Internship Program offers college students the chance to work on various critical business assignments, test their skills, apply their academic knowledge, and align their interests with potential future job roles.
Responsibilities
- Take on meaningful projects and work alongside top talent in the industry
- Be supported and mentored by a community of exceptional talent (including leaders, managers, subject matter experts, and recent graduates)
- Participate in a cross-functional team-building project focused on corporate philanthropy
- Attend weekly development workshops with fellow interns
- Engage in and participate in social activities with other interns
- Gain exposure to potential future full-time employment opportunities upon graduation
Requirements
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
- Ability to commit to a full-time 10-week internship program
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or advanced degree program
- Understand fundamental analytical concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- A high degree of self-motivation and attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity and creativity
Qualifications
- Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

- Understanding and drawing inferences from data
- Communicating with customers about analysis results
- Analyzing and compiling data
- Performing competitive analysis
- Preparing preliminary recommendations under supervision
