About the Role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific patient group to support quality care. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under RN guidance.
• Contributes to care plan development.
• Implements and evaluates care plans.
• Assists with patient care and supports nursing staff.
• Participates in healthcare improvement activities.
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge.
• Engages in ongoing educational activities.
• Completes assigned goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in this role.
• Computer literacy is required.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
