About the role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated patient group to support quality outcomes. Delivers service functions and communication to staff, patients, and visitors. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients under the guidance of a registered nurse.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Participate in evaluating and improving the plan of care.
• Support patient care and assist nursing staff as directed.
• Engage in activities aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery.
• Expand clinical leadership knowledge through participation in educational activities.
• Complete assigned goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role.
• Must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Skills

• Computer literacy required.
