Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated group of patients to support quality outcomes. Engages in patient assessment, participating in developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans. Offers patient care support and collaborates with nursing staff, contributing to healthcare improvement efforts. Builds clinical leadership knowledge and participates in ongoing educational activities to enhance skills.

Requirements

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure
• Maximum 90 days in the role
• Computer literacy
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire (preferred)
