About the Role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a specific patient group, aiming to achieve quality outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients and contributes to care planning under RN guidance.
• Implements and evaluates the care plan.
• Supports patient care and assists nursing staff.
• Participates in activities to enhance healthcare delivery.
• Engages in ongoing education and clinical leadership development.
• Completes assigned goals efficiently.

Requirements

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 45 days in the Nurse Intern II category post-graduation.
• Computer literacy required.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
