About the role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to support quality care outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under RN guidance.
• Contributes to developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Participates in evaluating and improving the plan of care.
• Assists nursing staff with patient care activities.
• Engages in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge and participates in ongoing education.
• Completes assigned goals efficiently.

Qualifications

Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 45 days in this role.

Skills

• Computer literacy.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
