About the Role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to support quality outcomes. Engages in service functions, communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under RN guidance.
• Contributes to care plan development and implementation.
• Evaluates patient progress within the care plan.
• Assists nursing staff with patient care.
• Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.
• Completes assigned goals efficiently.

Requirements

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in this role.
• Computer literacy.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire.
