About the role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific patient group to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and contribute to the development and implementation of care plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and assist nursing staff as needed.
• Engage in activities to enhance healthcare delivery and build clinical leadership knowledge.
• Participate in ongoing education and complete assigned goals.
• Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and guests.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure.
• Maximum of 90 days in this role.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire.
• Computer literacy.
