Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated group of patients to support quality outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests and performs additional assigned duties. Responsibilities Assesses patients under the guidance of a registered nurse.Participates in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.Provides direct patient care and supports nursing staff as directed.Engages in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and participates in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role.Computer literacy is required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire is preferred.
