About the role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated group of patients to support quality outcomes. Handles service functions and communication with staff, patients, and guests. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under RN guidance.
• Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
• Provides patient care and supports nursing staff.
• Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.
• Completes assigned goals effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a registered nursing program, awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in this role.
• Computer literacy required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
