About the role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a specific patient group, supporting quality patient outcomes. Responsible for patient assessments, contributing to and implementing care plans, and evaluating their effectiveness. Offers direct patient care and assists nursing staff, while engaging in activities to enhance healthcare delivery and clinical knowledge. Participates in ongoing education and achieves assigned goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure (up to 90 days)
• Computer literacy
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire
