Intern, Member Experience
Responsibilities
- Aid the Member Experience Department during game nights with Season Ticket Member gift pick-up and pre/post-game experiences.
- Attend exclusive Season Ticket Member events, including evenings and weekends.
- Support Member Experience Executives with client and special requests.
- Engage with Season Ticket Members and Fans, addressing any questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Execute and organize tasks using multiple platforms such as Archtics and Salesforce (CRM).
- Data track via Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Manage the Boston Celtics Fan E-mail and Phone Inquiries.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the department.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Previous experience in entertainment/sports/events is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong social skills with the ability to build and maintain favorable relationships.
- Ability to apply active listening and conflict management skills.
- Ability to be compatible with other departments under various circumstances.
- Ability to multi-task and adjust to rapidly changing business conditions.

About the Role
The mission of the Boston Celtics internship program is to educate its participants in all aspects of operating a professional sports organization. Through observation and practical experience, interns learn how to function in a professional environment that requires a high energy level, the ability to perform under pressure, and the utilization of essential time management skills. Through these developments, the Boston Celtics strive to successfully prepare their interns to compete for positions in the professional sports industry.
Learning Opportunities
Experience in customer service, sales, and benefit planning and execution with Celtics Season Ticket Member base.
