We need to ensure we didn't include any fluff. Check for duplication: The responsibilities list includes "Assist with daily library operations" and then sublist of daily work activities. That's okay. We must not include the YouTube links. We removed them. Check for any other boilerplate: "Please follow the below link to view You Tube videos of 2025 MDT Intern experiences:: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mtuDFrcCHpQ" removed. Check for "Recruiting for one Library Intern to be be hired from this posting;" we kept "Recruiting for one Library Intern to be hired from this posting;" but we corrected double "be". The original had "to be be hired". We should preserve original wording? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Changing "be be" to "be" is a minor edit but could be considered correcting a typo. Is that allowed? It's not inventing or summarizing away detail; it's fixing a typo. Might be okay but safer to keep original text exactly: "to be be hired". However that looks odd. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; does that include preserving typos? Probably yes, we should not alter the text. So we should keep "to be be hired". Let's keep original. Thus About the role paragraph: "... Recruiting for one Library Intern to be be hired from this posting; interns will work in the Research Section in Helena MT." We need to keep "Helena MT" not "Helena, MT". Keep as is. Now check other text: "Interns do not receive benefits such as paid holidays, medical coverage, earned vacation, or sick leave." Keep. Now check "Work schedule will be 40 hours a week during the summer." Keep. Now check "Pay is determined by credit hours
