About the role
The Educational Service Center of Central Ohio provides professional development, curriculum support, and other services to schools in central Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Supporting teachers and administrators in implementing effective educational practices
- Developing and delivering professional development workshops and training sessions
- Assisting schools in aligning curricula with state and national standards
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of educational trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in education or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of educational technology tools and platforms
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Benefits
